The entirely Made in Italy dough sheeter for fresh egg pasta for desserts, pizza and sugar paste has been designed to solve small and medium production problems. The system of use makes the machine very practical and versatile: having the adjustment handle with lever it is possible to obtain various thicknesses ranging from zero to 7.5; you can therefore roll out batters of all widths: from 22, 25, 32, 40 and 50 centimeters. The motor is ventilated and is made with a stainless steel and aluminum structure. It can have wooden cylinders, ideal for making a homemade pastry, or steel rollers that are more durable over time. Equipped with options such as the three-cut or single application for tagliolini, tagliatelle and pappardelle, the pasta and pizza dough sheeter has a high degree of reliability, while the CE safety systems and finishes complete the pleasant aesthetic appearance and the indispensable safety for the operator.
